Taco Bell - Ocala

In a word Horrible! I placed an order of 2 12 packs, Power Bowl and a $5 box and 8 cinnamon twist. I get to the drive-dru window, cashier continued to tell me that my order is so big that I have to get in. I'm coming home and I miss half my food and said no tomatoes, had tomatoes on everything. I'll go back to the store to pick up my missing things, and they'll tell me I have to come in for them. I go to the cashier who took care of me, began to give me attitude, and told me that from now on I have to go to the store, so I asked what it is only about when the trip thru is open my family cannot taco bell, then she went to day, we are now open so that I have to go in, then she yelled at me that I cannot use covid as an apology that I was there. It's Florida rule that I can wear one at my discretion, and I didn't have any plans anyway. Then the manager when I said about the contact, he said I'm going forward, it wouldn't make any difference anyway. This Taco bell has the worst customer service everyone has ever seen.

Line at drive through was quite long and I hesitated to order, but didn't have much time, so I went in. I was glad to see that they have separators at the checkout, and all employees visible above all the food prep staff, including sanitary duty people, were all wearing masks and wearing them right (No exposed noses). Good work Taco Bell!! I felt comfortable to go and order at this point.

It was earlier that you go to the counter and order food (speaking to a person) and now you order HAVE on the screen, which is not good because they do not wipe off that have touched it after 4 Peoole. I waited there for 5 minutes while I was only stared, no one informed me that I had to order on the screen. Then waited 20 minutes to get 2 soft tacos. Two thumbs down?

Do not order here the worst notches ever cold and almost nothing on them not even worth a star

Always fast and friendly service. We have a complicated order and they get it right everytime. My favorite taco bell location in town!
