Storming Crab - Ocala

Every meal item (4 total) was perfect and better than the last time we ate here. This place gets better every time! Thank you so much for a great meal!

1/2 lb. Shrimp head off were good, the restaurant followed instructions well, however the corn tasted awful, under cooked and not sweet, soft and buttery flavored like corn normally is. Potatoes were fine and the wings were amazing, hot and fresh and crispy.

When they are 80 years old and looking for cheap or looking for white table meeresfruit, they do not go here. the reviews that I saw online were of people who do not know how to sit with a buck of steamed or boiled crabs and just tight. my wife doesn't like seafood, so she had only one salad and pommes. I was raised on the Chesapeake Bay, eating tons of steamed crabs and also visiting my cousin in nawlins. I know good cocks! I had the dungess crab I never tried and it was delicious. they cook all their crab offers in a boiling bag with, as always seasonal they desire. I ordered the medium that had the back of my throat with a light brand, that was great. it came with potatoes and maize, which were also perfectly seasoned. our waitress, veronica, gave us the whole time excellent service. our total bill with beer came to $45 plus tipp. I played this day golf in ocala national and sought a good crab place to go. if they have a chance to go there, I would recommend it very much. bob and beverley

I had the pleasure of having Mecca as my server on Sunday, she prepared the best strawberry margarita that I’ve ever tasted. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely be coming back to the Storming Crab.

My Mother’s Day meal was really good. 1lb Clams and 1lb shrimp seafood boil with the head off. Service was good. Seafood, Corn and potatoes were good. Lots of flavor. I’m never disappointed here. Husband made reservations on Mother’s Day, when we arrived the restaurant was dead, probably wouldn’t have even needed the reservations, and they sat us with children at the bar.
