I enjoyed our meal, but what really made our night amazing was our great waitress Maria. She was so helpful and sweet. She was informed about the menu and recommended a great dinner. So glad she recommended it. I feel that Maria really needs to be recognized at Sonnys for how good she is with customers. So I give 5 stars because of our brilliant waitress Maria

Lexi was our waitress. We got there around 11:15 a.m. for lunch. She was very sweet and very knowledgeable about the menu and pricing. We ordered the all you can eat St. Louis ribs. She made sure to keep the ribs coming before we emptied our plates and did not let our drinks run out. I would highly recommend this place and definitely recommend Lexi as a waitress!!!!! Awesome young lady!!!!!

We went to lunch here Monday afternoon. The food was AH MA ZING as always!!!!!!! This is my favorite Sonny’s to go to, by far! The staff is so sweet. Our server was Kelsie, she’s as good they get. I’d give 10 stars just to her if I could. Food is always perfect get the chopped brisket any way it comes, you will not regret it.

This Sonny's location has the best brisket of all the spots in Ocala, Florida! As a food critic, I've tasted brisket from various places, but this one stands out. Billy, you truly work magic here, and the staff is fantastic—especially Savanna and Maddie, who are just the best!

We started with the loaded potatoes as an appetizer, which were absolutely worth it. For my meal, I ordered the grilled cheese breeze, and it exceeded my expectations. I paired it with mac and cheese as my side and decided to really make it a treat by piling the mac and cheese onto my sandwich, adding a drizzle of ranch, along with some sweet BBQ and smoked BBQ. Honestly, it was reminiscent of the Pig Rig I had at the Florida State Fair one year—delicious! Apologies for the lack of photos; my sandwich was so good that I almost forgot to snap a picture! Our total bill was only around $30, which I find to be very reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food. Cassie even let us take home our drinks in large polystyrene cups. We’ll definitely be coming back more often! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality; it was greatly appreciated.
