Mcdonald's - Ocala

One of the best McDonalds we have come across our travels. We arrived at exactly 10:30 a.m. and ordered the lunch menu from The Pommes were excellent. The burgers were perfectly prepared. Nothing was missing in the bag and the coffee tasted great. The lady who broke our food was from Kentucky and was friendly.

Usually good food, but Nuggets felt hard this time. Other than that, it is really good food. Comes every time hot and fresh. No long lines, lots of parking and friendly customer service.

This McDonald's location is the worst I have ever been to. The service from Sara was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a cup lid for my son's milk, the staff members seemed uninterested and our food was served sloppily with the Happy Meal boxes wide open. I was too afraid to ask for napkins or sauce because of how rude they were acting. Despite multiple staff members including the manager seeing us in need of assistance, we were completely ignored. This entire location really needs to improve their customer service skills. I wish I could give this review a negative rating, but I must give it 1 star. The only positive was the fries.

Crazy prices. So got the same meal a day before another McDonald for $8.35. This place was $10.36. Two dollars not a big deal, but 25% difference is big. Yes correct items were on both revenues.

Very convenient and I prefer the Quarter Pounder with cheese. Keaty is an exceptional employee at the drive thru or inside. PS The new cinnamon roll is awesome!
