Chuck E Cheese's - Ocala

We spent nearly $300 on a disappointing meal. We ordered two large pizzas, but one of them was barely adequate. The appetizer, which is now priced at $45, consisted of just three wings, and the fries seemed like they had been sitting out for at least a year. The small cheese bread could only feed a child and maybe one adult. Most of the staff appeared oblivious to customers trying to order or pay, creating a chaotic situation at the counters. We were hoping for a more accommodating environment on Sundays, specifically for children with sensory issues like autism, as advertised—lower lights, fewer crowds, and a better atmosphere. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I have three autistic children, and even though there were several parties happening at a distance, Chuck E. Cheese still approached my girls, who are not comfortable with strangers, especially in crowded places. Even after those parties cleared out, the venue remained overcrowded and loud, making it an overall experience that was nothing like what was promised.

This is Chuck E. Cheese, so get what you expect. The food was better than what one expects from a place with a huge rat. Service was great. The young people they worked wanted to give the children a good experience. I only marked it for the atmosphere because there are no Animatronics. It's just not the same, and with all the rude little monsters running around, I know that the device can't fix it, but I just don't like it with the animatronics from the past.

The ? was perfectly cooked and tasted extremely good. Chuckle was on his fun side and my family had fun. Place was slow when we got there but within an hour it was popping. Need some newer games, is my idea.

Had attacked my son on Thursday afternoon and it was not crowded, it is a great place with many games. It was very clean, including the bathroom and the two women on the front were beautiful and attentive. You have an LED dance pad at the tables that is cool besides regular games. It's definitely one of the most beautiful Chuck E. Cheese? I've been there and I've been a lot. I would come back and recommend it for parties.

The prices are extremely high for what you receive. Some of the staff were unhelpful, although a few were nice. There was often nobody available when we needed assistance. We even had to fix the skee-ball machine ourselves! We exchanged cards to keep track of time while we enjoyed our pizza, but ended up losing 20 minutes of play because the machine didn’t properly record our time, despite its confirmation. The staff didn’t seem to care about the issue at all. The prices for the games were very concerning as well. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed.
