Burger King - Ocala

Where do I begin With the customer service at this Burger King. Not only did I wait 30 minutes to get my food, the pink headed lady at the window was very stressed and she made it known. She dropped the F bomb because a cup broke and soda went everywhere, she poured the soda in a new cup with filthy counter soda dripping into the new cup. My husband told her he didn’t want that and instead of just saying yes I will, she tried to argue with him and tell him she poured the soda in a new cup. I don’t usually leave reviews but with customer service like that I felt as if I needed too.

We have been coming to this restaurant for years because of its convenient location, delicious food, and the fact that our kids love playing on the playground. It is one of the only places around that offers this amenity. However, we have found that their drive-thru service is unfortunately one of the slowest we have encountered.

I placed my order at the restaurant, but when the cashier realized that one of the items was not available, she ignored me. When I received my order, I was informed that the missing item could not be replaced as the cashier had left for lunch. The staff did not offer a refund for the price difference. Additionally, the fries were cold, undersalted, and the portion size was smaller than expected. No manager intervened to address the issues with the unhelpful employees. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

They need help. the workers are overwhelmed and cannot do good work. burgers the rest on the paper and outside the bungalows.

I had a problem with the app and the layer manager (cristina or whatever title it has.
