Cafe Snack Bar - Óbidos

Not a tourist friendly restaurant. limited seating and unfriendly staff. Although prices are higher, you will find better eating experiences in the center of óbidos.

Eating was decent enough...not a wow affordable fast and easy. typical Portuguese eating, simple, fill.

Love this local restaurant just 10 min walk from our guest house in Obidos. Home cooked food with no frills! Fresh fish, large portions, and delicious!! To top it all, inexpensive. 3 of us are there twice. First time it was 25 euros including desert...and wine Second time was 35 euros as we ordered different things this is as expensive as it gets! A litre of wine is 3 euros here!! Go for the fresh fish or the blackened pork strips.

In this week we were in many restaurants and this is close to the most terrible we despise because of the pontuation and left, eating was well done also patatoes who did not enjoy well, we did not enjoy this lunch at all.

2 Monkfish/Shrimp in cream sauce, Olives/Bread/1L red wine, 26,50€. Monkfish/Shrimp delicious, abundant, varied menu with beef/pork/fish/seafood. Veggies/Potatoes a bit overcooked and mushy according to pt standards lol recommended. good service, but not crowded, maybe 5 other tabs, only 1 waiter (most likely owner).
