Taco Bell - Obetz

Like the many other reviews here, definitiw the worst taco bell I have visited. we are always missing items from our bag or eating is so sloppy that it falls apart. Today we stopped checking our order before we move away from the window and repeatedly called articles that were missing. they assured us that our shaft roll was on the bottom of the bag. we're home and guess what's not there. at this point they probably owe us $50 in missing articles. so stupid.

My kumpel rick brought me to lancaster so I could see my dad who was in the icu at fairfield medical center before he died. the food was great, so was the service! the guy who served us was also great!

I came to the breakfast last week at 10:30. no personal in the building. only someone who is on the parking lot. I asked them when they opened, and she said: sometimes at 10, maybe 11 when someone shows up. I came tonight and ordered 3 burritos, a taco and a soda. I was 15 minutes with only one person in front of me. When I came into the window, they asked if I was a door-slide. I told them no, they gave me a bag and forgot my soda, and then they gave me my soda. I came home and they made my order wrong.

Terrible. just terrible. our online order cost us 15min in the drive thru, and when we got it everything was stone cold. taco shells all cracked, zero sauces given and the chips they gave us were obviously salted to a point of being. I understand that mediocre payment of such large companies breeds mediocre work, but we do not talk about a 5 star restaurant here. No one expects a gourmet dining experience, but this is lazy, careless and a waste of money. they ignore the phone until they pick it up to throw it down.

I have attempted to get breakfast here a handful of times and have every only been successful once. I went through today and they said “we’re not open yet” once asking when they open they responded with “don’t know, whenever the employees decide to come in”I didn’t know it was capable of running a business when the employees decide when to come in and get to come in on their own schedule. If you looking for breakfast, don’t bother coming to this location, ever.
