Contribuiți la feedbackI have been here on the service trip, as I visited the Frankfurter Messe as an employee. It has a good transport connection, the train station is at a maximum of 10 minutes walking distance to the hotel. It also has an in-house car park to which you have access with a ticket. I let myself say that people at the reception sometimes stamp the parking ticket, so you don't have to pay the fee. Overall, I've been here for 3 nights and 4 days and drove by car to Frankfurt every day. At the reception there was always the same lady in the evening during these days, so I asked once and left it to stay, as she denied me the question. The service at this hotel is grandios, I have breakfast every day at the restaurant and must pay great praise to the staff there. They were always friendly and accommodating and exactly matched to businessmen because there are seemingly more frequent people who have to do business in and around Frankfurt. You can read his morning newspaper in peace, and the latest newspapers are also in the restaurant. Here you can use yourself, insofar the newspaper is properly relocated. I always enjoyed it, because I would like to know what is so expected on the world topics every day. The restaurant is huge with children's corner, terrace and separate room for meetings. You have a large window front and therefore a lot of daylight. On the terrace is a small pond, the whole is located in a kind of courtyard, from where one is far from the noise of the street. I haven't been here for lunch, the last day I was back at the hotel for coffee and cake. The cakes are not issued by the staff on a buffet or similar, but you can easily ask for a cake card or for the existing cakes and decide accordingly. Coffee drinks are all there that desires the heart. Even in the evening I have been in the restaurant several times, the service is fast and friendly, always dedicated to the good of the customer. I particularly liked the fact that even the restaurant leaders (if they were) have packed up when the restaurant filled too much despite stress, friendliness was always in the foreground and I felt very comfortable. You can also come to dinner there if you are not a guest of the house, but as a guest you can use the room service: you choose a dish of the card and you can take it to the room that works great. For a 4 star hotel it looks very pompous, it is huge, has 4 floors and a lounge apartment overlooking the Frankfurt skyline or in the direction of Taunus, depending on how the guest wishes (but I was not accommodated there, only once spoke to a lady who has been there once). The entrance hall is held in red and gold, as well as the rest of the facility, so it makes a very chic impression. In the interior, a lot has been worked with mirrors which make the interiors look even larger than they are already. Overall, I am very happy with the service and the stay, the staff always seems nice, here I am happy to come back!
It is a very nice hotel with well-trained staff, which is usually friendly and competent for help with advice and action. The hotel is very appealing and everything is very clean. We had a standard double room, which had a pleasant size and was very clean. The bathroom also had a pleasant size and was also well cleaned. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we had ever taken in various hotels. I can't write about the restaurant,
I wanted some good food and I need gluten-free food, so I was looking for a high-quality restaurant in the golocal. Mövenpick... yes there can nix go wrong, I thought. I would be very kindly greeted and led to the table. The restaurant was empty at 6:00. Neither did anyone say anything when I only took a drink and worked on the table with my laptop, as my colleague could come half an hour later. Then he called and I should order. So I was looking for something from the map. I looked extra after a dish that can be prepared gluten-free without any problems or is anyway. But the waiter asked in the kitchen and said it was not. The second dish again in the kitchen asks no unfortunately does not go. At the third court I have already called a fourth with it and the waiter came back with a NO. Unfortunately, gluten (whites) would be in the sauces everywhere. Then I asked kindly whether a 4 star house would not be able to bind a sauce OHNE wheat? The answer came promt. Unfortunately no, the sauces are already finished. There's something in my collar and I said something louder: I'm extra to an allegedly high-quality restaurant, I thought I wasn't with Mc Donald but at Mövenpick?! You're gonna make a sauce without a flour and don't want to offer me ready meals, right? The waiter was already running out of my talk very nice not to let me finish. But for that he came back after some time and offered me the first dish with a cream mushroom sauce why not?? So, 40 minutes later, my food came. It tasted super. But I got a stomachache when I was eating, and I left myself at home. I don't want to say it was food. But I've been very good before... but a few days before, it can't get away. Well, very nice restaurant, very nice staff (simple waiters), no nice experience and customer orientation from the main waiter. tasty food, sad that the kitchen is so inflexible and is served only after an uprising one according to the price and house.
That was really good. The cook is creative, the ingredients very fresh and of high quality. The Ceasar Salad was deliberately prepared in its ingredients. Interesting and visually a highlight. But not completely thought... the Anchovis were all arranged under the whole salad, not to eat for me... or who likes a tablespoon full of Anchovis with capers and dressing at the end of the meal after the rest of the dish has already been fed? Something could be improved here. The Scampi as an extra toping really delicious. The Vitello Tonnato was also prepared separately according to ingredients. I'll find a whole menu to finish me a little bit tired... but good. That was also delicious when you order all the ingredients of the dish together on a fork and eat together. Then why the sweet food? But no matter: tasteful and good. The service was a highlight! Very competent, sweet and attentive. Thank you. Back!
