During our 8 day stay in Oberstdorf we went for a meal on three occasions, partly because it was close to our rented accommodation but also because of the reviews on TripAdvisor. Twice we enjoyed the asparagus, which were in season, the other time we ate a vegetarian meal. All three meals were tasteful and the staff were attentive.

We went here, because it is close to the ice skating arena.The seating arrangement inside is fine, but the food is average. We had Haxen, which came very fast. However my meat wasn't so great, my partner liked it better.Next time we will take the extra walk and go to Saschas Kachelofen again, to which we have been many times.

Plus : fast service, good location (especially with kids, right next to minigolf), reasonably good food. Minus : personnel is very busy with the enormous crowd of visitors and have no time whatsoever to be friendly or provide something more than just dropping the orders on the tables.This place is good to go for a standard lunch/dinner at fair prices. Don't expect any fine dining or exceptional experience though...

That was perhaps chaotic in trettachstüble! local and (dry part) terrace again full as usual! Unfortunately it took some time to notice someone from the service with us. After about 20 minutes we could order our drinks after we found the waiter who was apparently responsible for us. somehow the narrow brown no longer tastes as excellent as we knew from the previous years. after further approx. 20 minutes we could get rid of our food order: seniorenschnitzel with pommes and wobble pink. that was taken immediately, we were surprised when the truth was true. so fast, no kitchen can prepare a meal. I'd rather guess you. the scavenger was very dry and almost un seasoned. after seasoning with salt and pepper it was ok. the mountain pommes, but I managed to get it only to the near half. Why does it always have to be the mountain, especially when it comes to a high proportion? the swirl was probably just as unworn that it was still much glazed, but the flesh was okay. problem was to get rid of our second drink order. it took half an hour until someone came to get the order of two yeasts. We had to wait another 20 minutes until they were finally brought. The theke would be too slow to conceive, we were told as a reason. also the payment of the bill went so long that we had already taken into account to get up and leave them before location. but we are not a cereal, and so we waited 30 minutes patiently until the bill came.
