The Ash American Steak House (oberhausen)

Good steak, fair price and cool vibes! We book an appointment easily via their website and can easily check the menu in advance. Once I and family got there, our table was reserved, however, we have to move the table one time without providing a clear reason. Afterward, the service is not that smooth, I think it is because of new staff. The steak menu was good and easy to order. The chef cooks it right as I wish.Nonetheless, my rumpsteak was not my cup of tea, nice aroma but still too chewy for me. The side dish was good. The atmosphere is modern and cool with fire or ash decoration. The toilet is not that clean. The car park here is easy and convenient.

Steak was fine, burger was fine, starters were fine. Beer could be better. Overall a fine restairant.

Been there few days ago with a group and apparently its pretty crowded all the time. Had to wait for a table, so prepare in advance : Staff informally very proffesional. I loved that. Prices yeah on the higher side. Interior very well done. Food. Here is the reason I dont give 5 stars. When asked for a medium rare burger the waiter said this cant be done. What? How? For such a place the least I would expect ability to choose burger patties done ness. They said they will ask the cook, but cant promise that. A bit awkward situation there. When it came well done (I just wanted to eat asap thought a review will suffice. But really, make burgers various ways and you will be best place in the area ;
