そば Chǔ Hè Zi - Obanazawa

I enjoyed a delicious and refreshing serving of soba noodles at this restaurant. I ordered the extra-large portion with the option of adding duck dipping sauce, and enjoyed both the cold and hot versions of the noodles. The appetizer of pickles and mushrooms was also delicious.

It was incredibly delicious!! While there are many soba restaurants that serve delicious noodles, the dipping sauce here was exceptional. The warm duck soba was also delicious, but the cold soba was amazing! Along with a palate cleanser of wood ear mushrooms and pickles, which were also incredibly tasty. Everything that was served was insanely delicious!! It was so good that I couldn't stop eating. This is the first time I have given a restaurant a perfect 5 stars.

I visited this restaurant after a few years. I ordered the soba noodles and duck soup, and they were delicious! The soba noodles had a good aroma and were easy to eat with just the right thickness. The duck soup had a tasty broth. I would like to try the warm duck soba noodles when it gets colder.

前から行かなければ行かなければと思っていたお店、遂に 田んぼの中に萱葺屋根といった佇まいは、まさに田舎の原風景 お店の中も民家の居間そのもので、子どもの頃を思い出すような、何だか懐かしさを感じる 古い情報にはエアコンがないとあったが、店内はしっかりと冷房が効いており、入口にはアルコール、テーブルにはアクリル板が設置され、コロナ対策もバッチリ そして、もりそばとかも汁を注文 程なく、突出しの漬物ときくらげ、続いて辛味大根の汁が入った蕎麦猪口とかも汁のお椀、そして蕎麦が運ばれてきた 蕎麦タレはしょっぱいから、少しずつ入れてね、とのことなので、その通りに少しずつ 先ずは、蕎麦だけで食べてみると、蕎麦の薫りがしっかり 辛味大根のたれで啜ると、程よくツンとくる感で なる程、タレは少なめで十分 出汁も然ることながら、かえしの醤油の香りがいい かも汁、これまた旨んまい そばタレと同様に、かえしの醤油とかもの出汁、そして甘さが絶妙 蕎麦、大盛にすれば良かったと後悔 突出しから蕎麦湯に至るまで、大変美味しくいただきました

山形のソバにしては細めで、のどごしの良い印象です。 大根おろしのしぼり汁に麺つゆを注いで食べます。
