Los Pacos Centro - OAXACA DE JUÁREZ

No está mal, pero demasiado caro por la calidad y el sazón de los platillos.

Definitivamente NO LO RECOMENDARIA A NADIE!!! DECEPCIONANTE!!!! Aun siendo un clásico y la comida buena, el servicio fatal!!! Llegó la comida, mole, y las tortillas para acompañarlo, 10 minutos despues, y 3 tortillas para una mesa de 4. Pedir más tortillas, 10 minutos más. Llegan los platos y no se pueden fijar que no hay cubiertos en la mesa, pedirlos, 3 veces, hasta que me paré por ellos. Haciendo reservación la mesa quedó cercana al baño pero pegada a la salida de la cocina. No solo era sumamente molesto ver pasar a todos, pero mas aun que dejaran la puerta abierta y escuchar el desastre de cocina que había y la desorganización. Al exterior, todos corriendo como gallinas sin cabeza, la hija de los dueños, que aunque habla muy bien inglés y parece cordial con los comensales americanos, ufff el trato a los meseros en público, despota, grosera, mal encarada, vaya que que forma de echar abajo un lugar con trato cálido siempre de los dueños. Si esa generación operará a futuro el restaurante creo que le viene lo peor. El dueño amable, pero rebasado por la situación y salvo disculpas y justificación prefirió no acercarse mas a la mesa y delegarsela a NADIE.

Los Pacos is a restaurant we go to when we want to eat mole. We ate here a few years ago and really enjoyed it, so we were eager to eat here again. We both ordered mole dishes, I wanted to try the mole verde and my wife wanted mole negro. The mole verde dish was pork in the mole with a side of rice, it was fantastic. My wife ordered chicken enmoladas with a mole negro, another fantastic dish. We both agree that Los Pacos mole negro is the best we have had anywhere. The service started off very good, but then for some reason slacked off. The restaurant wasn't busy, so we were a bit puzzled by the inattention towards the end of our meal. Although the restaurant has a nice interior, we were seated near a group of 4-5 people who were rather loud. I guess bad luck and not the restaurant's fault, but it diminished our experience. The other disappointment was with dessert. We ordered a piece of chocolate cake to share and it was very dry. I honestly don't know if it was supposed to be dry or if it had been sitting around too long. Either way, not very good. Although our visit wasn't the perfect dining experience, I highly recommend this restaurant as a place to be able to try some really good moles.

Awesome place! Delicious food, amazing variety of drinks and superb ambience!!! One of the best, if not the best, fine dining restaurant in Oaxaca! We really enjoyed it, and had really good time! Service was beyond excellent!! Owners: Anna and Paco, not only they were present, but went above and beyond to make our experience as best as possible. Thank you!!!
