This place is just as I imagined! I ordered the small size vegetable ramen, which was just the right amount. After finishing my meal, I brought my empty bowl back to the counter. The staff recommended trying the soup, so I poured myself a bowl. The soup had a special broth that was seriously delicious. The different types of chashu were all great too. I will definitely visit again when I have errands nearby. Thank you!

以前から気になっていた恵比寿ブタメンさんの本店へ まぜそばという名前ですが、個人的にはあっさり目のガッツリラーメンというイメージです。 坦々ブタメンをいただきました。 見た目のボリュームよりもかなりペロリと食べられました。 家族連れも多く、食べやすい味付けにされているあたりが長く愛されているのではないかと感じます。 たくさんメニューがあり、またトッピングできるスパイスを多い為何度でも違った味が楽しめそうです。 お店の方も非常にいい方でした。 またお邪魔します！
