The food is fast and of normal quality, but there were three different things missing from the menu before we found something available (no breakfast wrap, no chicken salad, no steak salad). Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Went to return a tea that was stone cold and the lady would not take it because I did not purchase at that location. Tim Hortons policy states they should take it and replace it and they cashier refused to. Completely disappointed and will be reporting them to Tim's franchise customer service. Service: 1
