The place is not only great, but the food is also fast and delicious. The staff is extremely friendly and the cleanliness is outstanding.

After receiving our food, we found it to be consistently cold and mushy. Despite swearing off ordering from this restaurant again, we decided to give them another chance three months later. However, two hours after placing our order, the food still had not arrived. The store manager at the Wyecroft location reassured us that it was on its way, but we ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes. Unable to reach them by phone, we eventually gave up and settled for toast at 8:15pm.

I am very amazed at the improvement of this restaurant. I ate at this location on Wednesday at around 6-6:30ish for a quick meal with my husband and two daughters and left with a full belly and amazing service! The waitresses were amazing, constantly smiling, and were super quick. The young girl who sat us in our booth was very very nice and greeted us right away. I started up a conversation with her when she was cleaning a table beside the one I was at and she was extremely friendly and even helped them pick out a toy each our way out! This is my all time favourite Swiss Chalet location.

My family and I had lunch at Swiss Chalet and our server was Shiva. She was extremely kind and served us with a smile. She checked in on us several times and brought our refills without us even having to ask. Our overall experience was excellent and we will definitely be returning!
