The manager Keith is really nice. He’s the reason I go there. Super friendly guy who is always really nice and willing to help out if I have an issue. I also like the outside sitting area. That’s a nice added touch for the summer. I’m not a fan of their coffee but I do like their caramel coretto and cold hot chocolate. The salted chocolate chip cookie is nice too. Their smoothies are also pretty good.Kid-friendliness: I don’t know if they still do but they used to have colouring book and crayons .Parking: There’s no specific parking. You have to park in a paid parking lot or on the side of the road. Unless it’s the weekend and then it’s usually freeWheelchair accessibility: It is tight but it’s wheelchair accessibleDietary restrictions: They have things like almond milk , I think soy and maybe oat milk for those who don’t drink dairy.

I wouldn’t bother ordering the mocha frappe way back in the day. They still have some thing called a chiller and it was really good. This is garbage and basically a little bit of coffee or something in it and mostly slush and I want something like this I should’ve gone to Starbucks on McDonald’s would’ve been better. In addition, the washrooms on Sunday were disgusting. I can’t even say how horrible the washrooms were. In addition, the handicap buttons didn’t even work for someone trying to get out of the building we had to open the door for the individual huge compliance issue.

I went in during my break yesterday (July 11 around 11:30am), and was met with the utmost enthusiastic customer service! The girl working came up to me with a smile and helped me make a selection on what drink I should get. She was very kind and seemingly generous as well. Her co-worker (male) was just as nice and was able to spark up great small talk while my drink was being made. While the food (ham and grilled cheese sandwich) was alright, the customer service made it all amazing. I am new to Oakville and have not been to many places in where the staff is happy to meet with their customers, but this has tremendously raised my expectations for Oakville. Thanks!

Coffee is okay, service although slow with new young staff is acceptable to most maybe) .Issue is, they clearly don't care to be there!!Would also be nice if they washed their hands after touching cash, their hair and face prior to making coffee and touching my cup and coffee lid. Threw out my coffee when I left social cleanliness should be an obvious trait when servicing the public. Downtown Oakville has too many coffee shops to enjoy to waste your time with this one.
