Contribuiți la feedbackI ordered a large pizza and a panzarotti for my kids and I. I drove 18 minutes to the location to pick it up, and 18 minutes back. When I opened the box when I got home, I realized it was loaded with red onions which we did not order. This is a problem, as my son and I both have an onion food sensitivity. I called Pizzaville back, only for them to put me on hold a few different times and finally come back to the line to tell me I have to pack the pizza back up and return it to them (another 35 minute trip) in order to get a refund. For my 1+ hour of driving, and my kids missing out on their dinner, I was told they would refund the price of the pizza but they wouldn’t refund the price of the $12 panzarotti for my troubles and inconvenience. I mentioned on the phone that it was the least they could do, considering it was their error not mine, and it took a lot of my time from me. They said they would not do this. They didn’t just make the wrong pizza, but they made me pack it up and return it to them just to get my partial refund. Safe to say we will never be ordering from Pizzaville again.
The pizza is good although is sometimes bunt. I've seen multiple times that they don't wear masks. Wide variety of pizzas.
I had an excellent dining experience at this restaurant. The food was very fresh and well presented. The staff was polite and soft-spoken, greeting us warmly. The food was delicious and worth the price. I look forward to visiting again soon and recommend that you do the same.
This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I was very pleased. The pizza was excellent, with delicious toppings and a great crust. I will definitely order from here again and would highly recommend it to others.
I have never had a bad pizza at the 6th Line location. We recently got our free pizza (from a passport promotion) along with another one, and they were both amazing. Everyone really enjoyed it. Thank you, 6th Line Team!
