There were four of us, including two kids, so we ordered a meal with sides like chips and slaw. We were happy with the generous portion of chips, but wished there was more slaw because it was really good. The bottomless sodas were a treat for us, as we don't see that back home. We went early in the evening and it wasn't crowded. The restaurant operates on a self-service basis, where you order at the counter and they bring your meal to your table. The chicken was excellent - flavorful and moist. I couldn't resist having just one more piece. We were glad we went, as it was definitely worth it.
Enjoyed our meal here very much. We ordered the Full Chicken meal for sharing, and it was quite nice. There was something on the menu for everyone, and the kids liked the free refills on the drinks. Clean, comfortable seating, just the right ambiance. A fine alternative to the usual chicken restaurant!
It's my first time here since it open I have been to other Nandos here and it's the second best I can say after the one on Bay Street. Excellent Decor and ambience. Plenty of seating inside plus additional outdoor seating patio. Food is as good as it should be. Mohammad was our Man who took out order and was very helpful with our order in fact he saved us lot of money bt suggesting group meals and add ons as we were here as big group of friends. Added couple of extra items complimentary. Very impressed with the service and servers. Highly Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I decided to walk over and place an order as I was working nearby. I scheduled my order for pick up later, however it seems they had forgot about my order. Nonetheless I got my food about 6 minutes later and wow it was great. Nando's has great quality chicken, and their sauces are delicious. Huge fan of their hot sauce. On top of this their Peri Peri fries are also delicious. Would go again!
Recently my daughter and I stopped in for lunch while shopping in the area. I dined at Nando's Burlington location once about a year ago and found it satisfactory; my daughter had never been to a Nando's restaurant before. We went to the counter to order; neither of us could figure out why the server who brought us the menus couldn't also take our order. We also had to pick up the utensils, napkins, dressing, etc. Again, why? We ordered a chicken wrap to share and, when we told the server that we would also share a quinoa salad, it was suggested that we order a "large" salad to share, which we did. The meal took about 20 - 25 minutes to arrive although there were only three other tables occupied and those customers had already been served their orders. We couldn't fathom why it took so long as on our travels to pick up aforementioned cutlery, etc. we noticed that there was cooked chicken ready in the open food preparation area. A different staff member came to inform us that they were out of avocado for the quinoa salad, avocado being undoubtedly the most costly component of the quinoa salad. The quinoa salad was not what either of us had expected as there was but a mere hint of quinoa on it and the "signature seed mix" tasted rancid as though it had not been kept refrigerated. We ate very little of the salad and regretted ordering the "large" one as suggested by the server. The wrap contained a remarkably small amount of chicken and was mediocre tasting, at best. We both agreed that the meal had certainly not been worth the wait and that we would not bother returning to Nando's, and would not recommend it. The only upside of our visit was that our server was pleasant.
