Mcdonald's - Oakville

The restaurant is treated very poorly by the staff and I do not recommend it. They are also very slow in preparing the order and the staff does not react well. I don't totally recommend it.

The foods are are not fresh specially the fries. Burger are soggy and cold . And I’m looking to them how they prepare the foods and how they make the hamburgers by bare hands they don’t wear gloves at all. And watching them touching everything and everywhere. I don’t know they don’t wear gloves. Sorry I can’t eat my order fries and burger. Disgusting!

This is the worst McDonalds in Oakville. They will mess up your order and act like you're the problem. They were rude to all the costumers that came in tonight (09/20/2023 5:45 pm). And just a word of advice to the overweight Indian girl and the overweight white girl: If you're going to trash talk the customers together, say it to our faces, cowards.

High chance of not getting items you paid for. Missing fries, missing McNuggets.

Well I guess 3 times is the charm for the 235 Hays Blvd location to not give Skip the Dishes my full order. I ordered 2 Hash brown, 2 Sausage Egg McMuffin, 2 Baked Apple pies, 1 Orange Juice, Chocolate milk, and a medium coffee. What got dropped off was coffee, chocolate milk and the orange juice. So I called to notify the store, mentioned the missing food and was told Oh yeah we forgot to give the driver the second bag , also nice to hear laughter in the background. Was asked how far away I live and I said I am across the street but there is a reason I ordered the food for delivery. Went to get my food and the young girl said, here 's your food so of course it 's cold now. I asked if I get some kind of compensation for having to drive here and get my order plus this is the third time it 's happened. Maybe a coupon for a free meal or a muffin or something. Girl went to the back for a minute comes back with a pen and paper and says the safe is locked where the coupons are so she has nothing to offer. I said forget it and left before she told me about the pen and paper. This was very very inconvenient, people at this location need to wake up, but then again this is 2023 and we don 't have the most awake youth walking around.
