Gino's Pizza - Oakville

Pizza was ok, wings were baked, not fried crispy but decent.Person working in the evening was quite rude, stating they had closed when picking up pizza I ordered at 9:50 and picked up at 10:20. Google says they close at 12am.....Maybe fix your website to not allow pizza orders close to closing time or request google to update their info and don't be rude to customers who don't know any better.

Owner cares for your pizza. That extra attention to your food always brings out the best in any food.

Well, unusual... tonight 's pizza was SLOW. We arrived at 7pm ordered a 3-topping, large take out pizza. 15 minutes later it was noticed that an order placed after ours was ready and being carried out by the customer who ordered it. At that time the fellow behind the counter asked to repeat our order. 10 minutes later another customer ordering after us had left? When challenged that we had waited A LONG TIME for our order, he answered with it 's a busy night . I responded with you lost the order. He said No it 's just busy Well at 7:27pm we finally had our pizza in hand and were leaving the store. Maybe time to rethink our historical go-to for pizza. There are other options closer to home.We really feel we were being lied to. If something got messed up I would be more accepting of the truth, just admit it.PS The pizza was so so and warm.

The old lady was very rude. SHE CAN 'T UNDERSTAND MY NAME, SHE DIDN 'T ASK IF I WERE THERE FOR PICKUP OR ORDER. I had to told her my name several times and she just said how I know you are here for pickup or walking! OMG. If you don 't know what the customer wants l, just ask them politely. You don 't have to yell at me! I usually use this location that 's because my daughter loves it. BUT never again. They also put jalapeños on my daughter 's pizza(she only picked pineapple and bacon). The only thing I liked, the man is kind.
