This restaurant was fantastic in terms of service and atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our dining experience enjoyable. The ambiance was perfect, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that added to the overall experience. Highly recommend dining here for a great meal in a great setting.

On a hot day, we stopped by this place craving ice cream, but unfortunately there was no seating available. We ended up eating in the car. The ice cream tasted great, just like other Baskin-Robbins locations. The staff was friendly and the service was quick for take-out. The meal was affordable, priced between CA$1-10 per person. The atmosphere was rated a 4 and parking options included paid street parking.

We are never ever going to Baskin-Robbins again! We had a great time when we first went to Baskin-Robbins and the worst thing about it is The flavours refrigerator was open the entire time even though it’s supposed to be closed and I got sick twice, Not recommended! Dear Baskin-Robbins Customer Service, I am writing with deep disappointment following our visit to your branch at 135 Lakeshore Rd W, Oakville, ON L6K 1E5 on September 30, 2023, around 6:00 pm. We arrived with a coupon meant to celebrate my mother 's upcoming birthday, and her love for your ice cream chain. Anticipating a joyful experience, we asked at the beginning of the purchase what the conditions were for the coupon. We then proceeded to order two scoops of ice cream in a cup for my partner and myself, and a scoop as a birthday gift for my mother. At the cash register, we were informed that the coupon allowed only for a scoop-for-scoop , contrary to our expectations and the explanation we were given. We were asked to pay for all the ice cream we had chosen. Our attempts to reason with the cashier were in vain, as we were told that order cancellation was impossible due to system constraints. This situation left us with two extra scoops and a feeling of bitter disappointment. Reviewing the coupon 's terms revealed that it clearly stated: *Purchase any size scoop get FREE Kids Scoop (2.5 oz) in agreement with our purchase. This experience, marred by misunderstanding, was particularly disheartening as we had traveled a considerable distance for a family vacation with my grandmother, who resides in the area.
