Oakton Chesapeake Cafe

We used to enjoy dining here, but the quality of service has declined. In the past three visits, our breakfast sandwiches were missing the egg. It is disappointing that this mistake continues to occur, and we will be looking for another place to have breakfast.

I was charged for avocado and tomato on a bagel sandwich, but when I got home after a 30-minute drive, there was no avocado or tomato on the sandwich. They also used American cheese instead of the cheddar I had requested. I was very disappointed. This meal was definitely not worth the $13.

The bagel isn?t worth 8-9$. It?s dry and it taste cheap. There?s barely any egg and overall it just feels like a cheap bagel thats over priced. I?m comparing this to Main Street bagel which I think is much better and I would say go there if you?re looking for a good breakfast bagel. I am disappointed to say that I will no longer be a customer at this restaurant. We attempted to place an order twice through Uber Eats, but each time we received a notification that an item was unavailable, we were unable to select a replacement item. Despite calling the restaurant multiple times, we were unable to reach anyone, and both orders were eventually cancelled automatically.

Great bagels, great customer service. On a take out order I got the wrong order. Sucks that I couldn?t call them to refund me the difference, so I had to drive back. But they immediately gave me the correct one and a sugar cookie I can give to the wife and daughter. Excellent.
