P.j. Whelihan's Pub Oaks

It was an average experience. The service was good; the waitress was very polite and efficient. The food was enjoyable as well. However, both my fiancée and I received our drinks in much larger glasses, which caused them to spill over the sides. The drink itself was quite unappealing—honestly, I felt like I should have worn gloves to handle it. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a quick drink and a bite to eat, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a date night—not at all.

This is a lovely restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere! We ordered fries with cheese sauce, a cheeseburger, onion rings, hot wings, tater tots, and a French dip. Overall, the food was quite tasty! The cheese sauce was enjoyable, and the onion rings appeared to be hand-breaded in-house with panko, which was a nice touch. The pickles were also good. However, the beef in the French dip was a bit tough, and the horseradish sauce was mostly cream, which was disappointing. On a positive note, they do have Peroni on tap if that’s something you like!

I visit this restaurant every year around this time, and this year, I'm giving it a 5-star rating. Our waitress, Grace, was extremely professional and ensured that we were well taken care of. When I return next year, I will definitely be looking for Grace!

Yummy food, great Bartenders, amazing atmosphere, and great friends are what this place truly is all about!!! The menu is very large with an option fir anyone and everyone. The drinks are cold too!!! The sweet potato fries are ok but are frozen ones. You sometimes get excited when things are going so right that you forget you are at a chain restaurant.. if you like Fridays orBJ's then upgrade yourself to PJ'S.

The food at P.J. Whelihan's is really good, well seasoned with a good variety of appetizers, salads, wings, burgers, sandwiches, and more. We ordered the kids Mac and cheese and cheese quesadilla. For adults, we ordered the salmon and PJ Burger. The friesare awesome but were a little on the salty side. The kids meals come with a drink and dessert, and if you order a moreexpensive entree, it comes with a side. Overall the restaurant was pretty crowded and majority didn't have masks since theregulations recently changed. Service was good but it took a while to get our food since it was crowded. Drinks were good buta little watered down.
