Burk's Bbq - Oakmont

Had their special smoked brisket chili and it rocked my world. they really did it for me, and it was delicious. keep your grilling gear! I'm back in a definitiw.

The ribs were dry, overcooked and were clearly not baby back ribs. our whole party questioned the quality when they pulled great long? out of the ribs. the herb was dry as bones quite unusable. some of our group even used Bbq sauce from my refrigerator over their sauces as well. the pulled swarm, mac n cheese, and cheddar muffins were good. we had such experiences with burks earlier, but we will never be after this time.

Definitiw one of the best bbq places in the opposite can be my personal preference, but the sauces are my favorite places from another place I have tried

The brisket and pulled chicken are to die. always consistent taste, tenderness and exactly what they expect from a traditional bbq joint.

It's pretty decent. I am obsessed with the Mac and so is my preschooler. I think their sides are delicious. The aforementioned Mac, collared greens, and bake beans are all great. The meat has a great Smokey flavor. I gravitate toward the pork and ribs. Things a don't love: I've tried the brisket and found it dry. The corn muffins are always pretty dry as well. Note: this place is just take out. They have a table outside but that is it.
