Very very good ?, this time, the lady was very nice and actually made my ice coffee exactly how I asked for it and fresh donuts! This dunkin donuts for sure hands down.... and they are not rude....

Horrible! Every time I go to the drive thru here there is an issue. Either they give me the wrong coffee or it tastes like it’s a day old. I just deal with it because it isn’t until I get home that I taste it. Today was the final straw hence I’mfinally leaving a review. The woman who took my order at drive thru was very rude over the speaker. She was actually annoyed that I asked a question. Then she was shoving napkins in the bag like she was still annoyed when I got to the window and of course something I ordered wasn’t in the bag so I went back to get it. I don’t even know what I did so wrong, but this is unacceptable. Other Dunkin Donuts in the area are clean, take pride in their products and are friendly. I don’t know what is going on here but management needs to step in and fix this.

I typically don't write reviews, but I feel that this Dunkin' Donuts has such poor service that it's important to warn others. Recently, I moved near this location, making it my go-to Dunkin'. Unfortunately, the food is always undercooked. Even though I expect some items to be cold when ordering the door bag, the breakfast sandwiches consistently have unmelted cheese and doughy bread. I've had to learn to preheat my toaster so I can cook the sandwich properly when it arrives. The hash browns are also often soggy. Additionally, they have messed up my order multiple times. When I've called to address the issue, they still fail to get it right. Even something as simple as ordering an unflavored iced coffee becomes a challenge due to their menu system. Despite my complaints, the staff seems unresponsive and unwilling to make any changes. The only positive aspect is that the donuts are fresh and tasty. Overall, the service and food preparation at this Dunkin' are extremely poor. I have experienced subpar service at other Dunkin' locations in the past, but this one is exceptionally bad.

I am very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. It does not matter to me whether the employees are vaccinated or not, they should still wear masks while handling food.

I have never had a correct order at this Dunkin Donuts. Even simple orders are always messed up. I would not give any stars if possible.
