Black Bear Diner - Oakley

The service at this restaurant is excellent and the food is delicious. We ordered the pineapple cake and the cooktop omelette, both of which were very tasty. The steel cut hash browns were outstanding and unlike anything I've had before. Our server was attentive, promptly refilling our coffee and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning!

This was my first time at this restaurant and I was extremely happy with the entire experience!! The waiting staff and hostess were very nice. The menu had some tasty options for a low-calorie breakfast, which was great. I found the menu and prices to be very reasonable. The food we had was all delicious!!! I will definitely be returning!!

We ordered the fried chicken breasts and were pleasantly surprised to receive a generous serving of breast, leg, and thigh pieces along with potatoes, coleslaw, cornbread muffin, and fruit. There was an abundance of food and the staff were lovely.

I just shared my birthday breakfast, today 9/14/17, with some ladies in my Bible study! The food is always good, and I know the owner personally and he always comes in and prays for us! It was a very good day . . very good food . . and very good company!!!

I had the open faced turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. Excellent meal i devoured every bite and got a chocolate creme pie for desert and it too was delicious!
