Verve Bar & Kitchen - OAKLANDS PARK

Our friends recommended this place as a good place for a feed before going to the movies on cheap Tuesday.

Went to lunch at verve bar and kitchen this week I had a warm vegetable chicken salad The serving side was huge and I really enjoyed it.

Like many, we enjoyed our meal and drinks, before going to see movie, it was a Friday night, cold and wet, so was not busy.Service and friendly staff,was good. The food was well presented and enjoyable There was a one person live band, not so good..We also used our entertainment voucher which saved a few dollars.Would recommend to others.

Giant portion sizes, good hearty food, warm & good for drinks. Heard from the staff that the previous owner was trying to put the business down by publishing negative comments everywhere. But to us, we are regulars for couple of years. The food is not change or even better. Same coffee and same lovely staff. we enjoyed our meal there.
