Café Felice - OAKLANDS PARK

Oh my goodness, the kindest waitress ever! She has dark hair with blonde highlights. This was yesterday (Thursday).

To the waiter with the shaved head: Thank you for finally putting on your mask when requested. It's quite disappointing that it had to be asked for, especially considering we're in a pandemic and preventive measures have been in place for a while. The coffee and hot chocolate were served slowly and not at the same time, but they were decent.

This restaurant has received negative reviews for its customer service, and I can understand why. Fortunately, our waitress yesterday was very polite and helpful. She mentioned that she had only been there for a few weeks, so perhaps she hadn’t been affected by any negativity yet! Regardless, she brought a positive energy that made our day and meal much more enjoyable!

Amazing coffee and friendly customer service. A hygienic place to get food. Love it.Keep it up guys.

Horrified to see a staff member handling food on a plate without tongs or a glove. Disgusting!
