I stopped because i saw smoke rolling like a moth to a flame. I bought a whole rack of ribs, 1/2 lb brisket point and 1/2 lb brisket flat to take home. I was satistfied with the tenderness of the brisket, however after 2 bites i trashed the ribs. Site alone was not inviting but gave it a chance.
