Papa Johns Pizza - Oakland

It's cool that yall want to be fast but being fast just means customers receiving raw food. I rather wait 30 minutes make sure food's done right than a quick 10 mins, please just do ya job w time ????

I have never had a bad Papa John?s experience and this store is no exception. However, it is located in a terrible spot for a restaurant that does take out only. It needs to be in a spot with free 10min parking out front and you can jump out of the carand run in. Basically only way to get your food is to illegally park. Another good option is to have curbside pickup.

I ordered a pizza and wings from this restaurant and spent nearly $100. The website indicated that they close at 2:30, so I placed my pickup order around 2:00 and arrived at 2:10, but there was nobody there. I'm really disappointed that I wasn't able to get any food tonight. I won't be coming back.

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this restaurant: the food, the staff, and especially the dessert. I ordered several combo meals for a gathering, and the quality was outstanding. They also double-checked the pick-up time to ensure the food remained warm. I would definitely return anytime!

I've consistently had good experiences with Papa John’s, and this location is no exception. However, it unfortunately occupies a less-than-ideal spot for a takeout-only restaurant. It really needs convenient 10-minute parking available right out front so customers can quickly hop out of their cars to pick up their orders. As it is now, the only option to collect your food is by parking illegally. Offering curbside pickup would be a fantastic alternative as well.
