La Farine - Oakland

The restaurant usually offers quick service. It feels safe, with only three customers allowed in at a time. My favorite dish is the Kalamata olive bread, which I always ask to be cut quickly. The rye and sourdough breads are also excellent. The desserts, such as baked tarts, are tasty but a bit pricey.

Difficult to evaluate, higher than 3stars, if the selection is always only few. I think quality is good when they cause their hands on, but much luck with it. also no gluten-free items from what I know.

This French bakery is excellent for bread, tarts, pastries, and other baked goods. The service is friendly and there is easy parking nearby.

If you see the Pear-Kälber-Terte, do you get the Pear-Kälber-Terte?

I frequent this bakery often. They consistently provide fast service without any nonsense. The main guy could be a bit friendlier and more patient, but overall it's not a big deal. I was pleasantly surprised by how good their coffee was, especially the brew I tried that one time. I actually prefer their coffee over Peet's, which is located a few doors down. I'm giving them a 5-star rating because I love their bread and coffee!
