The restaurant frequently makes errors when entering orders into the computer system, resulting in customers being charged more or less than expected. This establishment requires a major overhaul and more experienced staff. Additionally, the Munchie meal should come with a large drink, not a small one.

The food at this restaurant has generally been good, especially compared to other fast-food chains. However, the quality of their hot food items has been declining recently. I particularly like the Oreo shake, which is difficult to mess up. As long as they use fresh ingredients, there's nothing to worry about. So go ahead and enjoy the shake!

Love this place everyone is very nice especially Alex on the graveyard shift, now usually I'd give 5 stars but the last couple Tuesday's I've gone they were out of their staple the Tacos, now it's not the Employees fault but management who isn't orderingenough to cover it but I'll continue getting my grub there as it's always satisfying. ????????????

This is a very unique Jack in the box only because of how quickly the wait time can escalate due to the number of request at any given time, but you get quality food and service for some really hard working employees there. They make your orders right andit'll be nice and fresh, trust me when I say the number loads is insane what they have to deal with on a daily basis and thetimes but for you you're getting good service and hot food. Please keep in mind respect the employees!!! And making your foodman ????

I can't believe it, but I found several ants in my food at this restaurant. It's disgusting to even think about it. I will never go back there again. Avoid this place at all costs.
