We love this location! They're consistently good. There was a huge line which is outdoors and even though it was raining we happily waited with everyone else. Had to get my fav matcha smoothie with red bean and grass jelly! When in Oakland!

Just today October 15, we ordered one B6 and 1 B2, the B6 is ok, but B2 matcha milk tea is really a mess, tasted like you leave it outside the fridge for 3 days and put it back to sale it, it actually stale.The f up thing is my kid drank it too. I called them and they made me wait 15 mins then just hung up.
