Dunkin' - Oakland

The coffee was delicious, and the donuts were incredibly soft and fresh. There was a bit too much ice in the cup, but overall, it was very tasty and refreshing.

My cappuccino was lukewarm, and the donut holes weren't fresh at all. I've tried giving this place multiple chances, but I'm let down every time. The staff are usually nice, but today was an exception—while they weren't rude, they definitely weren't friendly. Since you specialize in donuts, I really don't understand what's going on...

I received the wrong order and had to pay $35.73 for it. Furthermore, the donuts were old and stale, and the croissant was unappetizing. I won't be returning to Dunkin Donuts again. I strongly advise against using their services. It was a terrible experience.

They did not give an adequate amount of Maple Sugar Snackin Bacon. For what we paid to have 3pieces in each bag is unacceptable
