I ordered a chicken shawarma plate, and after making the payment, there was a delay of about 10 minutes while the chefs attended to other customers. The person who picked up my order returned, claiming it was the wrong one. When I mentioned this to the cashier, she simply said, "This is your food?" I asked if they could prepare a fresh order since my meal had been in someone else's hands for 10-15 minutes. They argued with me about it, and when I asked if they could just take it back, they looked at me as if I were crazy for not accepting it. I was really shocked by the way this restaurant treated a customer.

The food is good, but the customer service needs improvement.

I placed an order here and picked it up three times. Each time, despite it not being too busy, I had to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour for my order, which was never ready. The staff was rude when I arrived as well. There are plenty of other places in Oakland where you can find a great sandwich. Additionally, the Mediterranean food was disappointing—microwaved and overly salty salads, and the hummus was incredibly bland.

Really good food. Friendly and clean. Come early for lunch if you want a place.

Came twice, once for breakfast and once for lunch. Both times I came away with the same thought: It just wasn't that good. Good service, and reasonably fast. No complaints there. The food is bland and poorly cooked and seasoned. The selection is great, just the type of stuff I want and an okay price. But I don't think I'll be coming back since there are plenty of better options in the area.
