Pizza Factory - Oakhurst

The eating was not bad, but the manager who said his name was( esteban) was very dismaying of the time when we went in the door. we tried to order food and he stopped me 2 times to put other customers in front of me and they just went after me.i then to talk to the other worker there to see what kind of special that they have and (esteban) jumped before me and did not say to talk to her just after he had tried the order he then got to be smart with my humbled as if he had started to work with me. Pizza factory in lockford should be closed until the workers can control them themselves and with all that went on his family came into the place with a dog and let the dog run around in the kitchen also the child and mother was eating out of the pizza line and no one wore a mask now, how beautiful from a place is that

Horrible experience in the Pizza Factory at 1050 W Monte Vista Ave., Turlock, CA 95380. We had a birthday party for my son this weekend. I understand it has new owners, but we decided to come here and be loyal customers. We have come here for years and enjoy the food and the staff, but unfortunately it will be our last time. We had a really bad experience with which I think was the new manager. He was very rude and had an attitude to me and my wife and was very controversial. If we hadn't let a family come from town, I would have taken my business elsewhere. We spent more than 200 dollars this day and you would think he was courteous and friendly, but it was quite the opposite. If you want people to spend money in your facility, feel welcome and take care of it. But his staff was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we will not come back. We will find a new pizza place to go, has great customer service. In view of the bad experience we had with the new management, we will no longer recommend this Pizza Factory.

I can say that the food in this restaurant is great, and the taste is excellent! Some don't give this place enough credit. Yes, the food here can be expensive, but it is definitely worth it!! After I was an employee here, I can say that this place is much better than most pizza places. All ingredients are always fresh and not frozen. Dough's DAILY done. Meatballs, sausage, lasagna, sauces and much more are made in the restaurant and delicious. I tried everything on the menu and have no complaints next to the price. In terms of customers do not get what they ordered, the employees should repeat your order, but not all the time, so double check with them! Sure you can have a decent pizza from round table or a cardboard crust pizza from me-n-eds, or a $5 large pizza from Little Caesars, but if you don't mind being a bit more money for FRESH, PREMIUM, and GOURMET pizza and Italian food, then this is the place to be!! Popular items are pizza (duh), cheese bread (the ranch makes it 10x better), wings, special salads, etc. Photos are coming soon.

Tables left soiled for extended lengths of time. Had to bus a table just to sit down. Pizza good. Beer cold and refreshing.

A little pricy, but worth it. Best pizza in Fresno area and one of the best I've had in California. I recommend the pesto pizza with artichoke hearts (optional garlic). The bread sticks are fabulous. Pizza Factory is Oakhurst's greatest challenge to a low carb diet. NOTE: They are closed at lunchtime on Sundays. Warning: The Google map address is wrong I think that's their corporate office. The actual restaurant is next to McDonald's on Highway 41 just North of Highway 49.
