Kfc - Oakdale

They got order wrong and there was a hair in our food. They didn't seem surprised either.

I had an issue with my order and the manager Kou was so kind and generous and helped me out.

This should NOT be a high score, EXCEPT that I am SO impressed with the guy who was running things tonight! 3/12/24 at 9:15pm . The drive thru was backed up, so we went inside, only to discover that no one was there at the tables OR behind the counter . And then I heard that there was only 1 kitchen staff ? AND ONE guy handling walk up orders AND drive through... He was working SO hard and he was running back and forth to make things happen! They were out of major stuff, and he still managed to give great service. So... I give management a 1 star, because things shouldn 't be in such bad shape. But I give a 5 for hiring people who give great service, even in less than ideal circumstances. Oh yeah, and the food we got was good, as expected from KFC

I ordered original recipe, 8 price family meal. Need up with 2 four piece, the chicken was highly salty and not original recipe.

The chicken was actually nice and juicy and tender but the biscuit was hard as a rock and it was 5pm so I think they should have had some fresh biscuits. I also ordered a small Mac and cheese....it was 3.95! For literally a 1/4 cup of food and it was dry as can be. Their Mac and cheese use to be amazing years ago. So overall I was pretty disappointed.
