Domino's Pizza - Oakdale

I must be honest, my family has always used dominos since they opened the business and I am impressed by their service. until I've seen the worst customer service I've ever seen. my friend got a call from her son that didmino pizza delivered to her house that they did not order. she called dominos and spoke to melissa, the manager who has committed himself to explain the situation and the pay for the pizza they did not order. my friend asked if there were any coupons that could be applied as they did not order this pizza, but were willing to pay for it and was immediately said no. my friend paid $60 for pizza. pizza that didn't order her family. I was horrified at the price for the amount of food that was delivered. when she gave it online, the exact eating that had been delivered, the sum was almost half the price. then she called back to ask for the discounted price - again because she does not order this food and is a more frequent customer. the administrator said there was absolutely nothing she could do! I am so upset that I had to testify to such inappropriate behavior with the customer service. she has not ordered any pizza from them, someone else was supplied, asked to pay for it and do the right thing, was not allowed to apply any coupons, nor was it allowed to either credit them to their reward points. seriously disappointing.

When I first ordered, I was really impressed. it was very good for the price. it tastes super good. I couldn't wait to have it back and recommended it to others. second time I ordered the same and it was overcooked and costed as if it was sitting for hours. I ate half a disc and could not even eat the rest, it was so rough. I threw the rest away, two completely different experiences. I'm trying to try again. but I'm afraid I'll get another bad experience.

We've gotten a delivery twice, the first time was amazing, but this time they forgot the two sauces we paid for, for our chicken wings. Called to get it corrected and the guy on the phone was extremely rude and made it sound like it was an inconvenience that we wanted our sauces. Wish I had gotten his name, the attitude was NOT appreciated.

It's great to finally have a fast food option at this end of the city, and I never expected it to happen. I'm really happy that Domino’s has opened in Oakdale. The place is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They were bustling around, busy making pizzas on opening day when I visited with a friend. They offered fantastic deals on pizzas, which was a nice surprise. I definitely recommend Domino’s to anyone craving pizza. You can dine in or take it to go, making it a perfect choice for anyone looking for affordable pizza compared to other options in Oakdale.
