Twin Peaks Oakbrook Terrace

We waited at the reception for a few minutes before someone approached us. The bartender said something but didn't provide much assistance. Once we were seated, our waitress, Dakota, was fantastic! She constantly checked in on us and was very friendly and professional. Our drinks, appetizers, and meals were all well-prepared and were served quickly. Dakota ensured that everything was just right. The food was good, and the prices were reasonable. Although I mentioned our reservation, I don't think the table we were given matched the one in our open table reservation. I still don’t feel like my concerns were fully addressed.

I made my reservation through OpenTable, but when I arrived and mentioned it, the staff informed me that they don’t receive notifications for reservations made through that platform. It’s puzzling why they would be listed on OpenTable if they don’t keep track of those reservations. That said, the food was enjoyable.

The service was terrible. I had to wait 15 minutes until a host welcomed us, and there were people waiting for me. After talking to the hostess and letting them know that I made my reservation with open table, she continues to let me know that they don't use open table and never get my reservation. I was not accommodated for these inconveniences and was told that the waiting period would be 45 minutes. I don't want to go back to this location. they should remove open table as a reservation option for twin peaks if they won't use it.

I understand the concept and the game on words with the name of the restaurant, but I think there was a bit too much behind wange for a food place. And the girls spend more time on the tables with all the men than the ones where a was a little. our waitress was great. I don't know if they're celebrating birthdays, but we were there to celebrate two. neither the hostess nor our waitress let me know whether they did it or not.

I won't be returning. Everything was overly greasy, and the service was extremely disappointing.
