I've often seen the age-old question: Does a single person need a Costco membership? The answer is a definite yes! I can’t stand running out of anything. Even when it comes to toiletries and cleaning supplies, you can save a lot—just be ready to play a game of Tetris when it comes to storage. Costco also offers a fantastic selection of frozen items like burgers, vegetables, shrimp, and more. I usually buy my coffee here as well, along with items like gummy vitamins, windshield wipers, and Pyrex food storage containers. The value of a membership is truly significant. I’ve stopped eating out for burgers because the options here are fantastic. For bread, bagels, and buns, I just split the packages in half and freeze the rest. I even ordered a noise-canceling headset online and was able to get a price adjustment without any hassle. And let’s not forget the snacks—definitely a must! To top it all off, the self-checkout is a great convenience, especially when you can grab a slice of pizza on your way out. Do yourself a favor and shop here. Costco is generally a fantastic place for shopping. However, I've come across spoiled produce that wasn't removed and, more recently, I purchased some halibut that had an unpleasant smell. I plan to keep trying to buy fish from there, but from now on, I'll ask the butcher to open the plastic-wrapped package so I can check for freshness.

Costco is absolutely fantastic! The layout is always well-planned and organized, and the quality of the products is outstanding. The prices are great, and the food is fresh and delicious. Plus, the staff is incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and always ready to help!

In my opinion, this Costco location is one of the largest near Chicago that I often visit when I'm in the area. I stopped by while shopping for a new OLED TV and received great assistance from an employee who helped me make my decision. He also helped me load the flatbed cart and provided all the necessary paperwork to support the TV in case of any defects. Once I got outside to my car, they even assisted me in loading it up, which I found impressive. I didn't even have to ask for help—they offered it willingly. You can't go wrong with any TV here, and they include a 5-year warranty valued at $99 in the price—definitely a no-brainer. The parking lot is quite large, which can be a bit overwhelming, but the walk into the store is definitely worth it.

The store is always busy, especially from October to December. The parking lot is a bit of a hassle, with only one entrance and exit. If possible, try to find another Costco to visit, unless you don't mind shopping in large crowds.
