Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

We had a wonderful meal and enjoyed spending time with family during our visit. The atmosphere is very relaxed, allowing for a casual dining experience, and the service was prompt. While we found the prices to be somewhat high, the meal was satisfying and delicious.

Which Wich offers sandwiches that outshine those of chains like Subway. I don’t mean to single out Subway, as I enjoy their food too. However, let me highlight several ways this particular Which Wich surpasses the average Subway I've visited. The atmosphere in this store is more spacious and lively. The restrooms here are also better maintained. There are more cheese and vegetable choices available. The bread is fresher and tastier. Plus, there’s something enjoyable about writing your order on a paper bag. And don’t miss out on the milkshakes – I highly recommend trying one! The downsides are minor: it’s a bit more challenging to customize your sandwich to the smallest detail, and they call out your name when your order is ready, which can sometimes be hard to hear.

I visited Which Wich in Oak Ridge on March 9 at 4:30 PM, and I was uncertain about what to order. Fortunately, one of the sandwich makers, Natalie, came out from behind the counter to assist me in making my choice. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. My sandwich was prepared by another lovely young woman named Morgan, who mentioned it was her first day on the job. There was also another young lady, whose name I unfortunately can't recall, who was very friendly and gave me great assistance while I chose my toppings. In a time where it's common to feel overlooked in fast food restaurants and good customer service seems rare, it was such a delightful surprise to experience such warm and attentive service. My sandwich was served quickly and was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning to Which Wich in Oak Ridge soon, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a tasty sandwich accompanied by exceptional and friendly service.

I love this place. I always get my sandwich with a smile. They have a huge selection so even the picky Easter in the family can find something to fill their tummy. I get the Gyro which is on the favorites card. Real deal meat. These are not dethawed cold cuts. Oh yeah don't forget to download the app and start earning points. Before you know it you'll be getting b free food.

The sandwiches were okay. It's a cafeteria style self serve restaurant. The seating area was okay, but not really comfortable. The restroom facility was not that good; the sink faucet required 100 percent of one hand to allow the water to flow while your other hand is lathered and being rinsed. I doubt employees or customers wash their hands properly with this type of faucet. I've had they're salads and they are nothing more than sliced meats in a salad and not really worth it.
