Taco Bell - Oak Ridge

We had an early snack today, two beef supreme chalupas. when we drove through the order menu to the car, we were politely asked to wait just a minute. When the author came back to us about a minute later, we were greeted by what must be, the sweetest woman, ever working a drive through the order window that we had ever had opportunity to meet. she was very sweet, funny and professional. if you know or know the manager of this load on the illinois avenue, the author works on 09/16/2022 at 4:45 hrs deserves a huge increase and a serious promotion. it is, hang down, the BEST Customer Service representative we've ever met. thank you for making our visit so great!

Extremely beautiful, extremely fast. with a single minute to the breakfast, and they were still ready to give me the breakfast items, although it was probably very inconvenient for them.

The workers here like shauntae and others who worked on 15 september are so incredibly nice. they have the best customer service and honestly, if you have a hard day, their friendliness will help you turn around.

People are too critical for fast food workers who are not much paid. everyone makes mistakes, but so many people complain about those who are so inappropriate. this taco bell was quite consistent to get them the right food as soon as possible. the workers are always so nice and I can only imagine that they must be a really mean person for these people to be rude to them.

The food is made relatively well, usually good or okay. Sometimes you'll get very little meat or too much cheese but I think thats normal for every fast food restaurant. The workers are good, alot of new ones but that's fine as long as I get my food done and right. Rarely messes up, they mabey messed up 2 or 3 times out of the hundred or so times I went. Pretty good taco bell, would recommend this one rather than the other in Oakrdige.
