Firehouse Subs Oak Ridge

I just wanted to share the wonderful experience I had today at the location oak ridge tennesseee. the hired went out of the way for me and corrected a mistake I made at the order. I can't thank them enough. a great crew!

My experience with this place was much better than that in cedar bluff. I feel like an estimated customer now. thanks, robbie and brandi.

Eating was great and all staff members were so friendly and professional.

Low visibility makes the smokey atmosphere! no sweat, a place called firehouse without venting. but are they waiting to use steam to cook properly? ya! but how do they do the steam? they must be stolen a coalfire under the counter, because this firehouse is not the first thing I visited, where I was tried to grab and hang the fire suit on the wall! oh and the classic firehouse sub-expect! they can be the only one at the place and it will be a minimum of 8-10 minutes! damn, I can place my order in firehouse, run to jimmy johns, order, eat and still make it back in firehouse before my sub is finished!

This location was quite busy, but the subs were just average. The service was slow, even though it appeared that there were enough staff on hand. Overall, it was just okay compared to other locations I've visited.
