Bojangles - Oak Ridge

This location is generally quite good. There have been occasions when they forgot to include my straw, fork, or biscuit. However, overall, they do a good job of serving quality food.

James was extremely rude and seemed to enjoy arguing with customers. I called to complain because I specifically requested fresh chicken, but what I received was old and stale. He took my order and I emphasized that I wanted fresh chicken. Normally, when I ask for it, I have to wait, but this time it was ready when I reached the window. I will never return to this store again!

I don’t visit frequently, but I’ve never had a negative experience at this restaurant. Everything is always fresh, and the staff is consistently polite.

This place is nasty! The Sunday night crew tonight was a disgrace! Completely empty and everything was dirty. There was a mess in the kitchen and we watched everyone just walk across the trash including the supervisor on duty. Don't eat here!!!

I don't understand how no matter what time I stop to get chicken I have to wait 15 minutes or longer to get my chicken. How can a place that only sells chicken never have chicken ready? There were 3 cars ahead of me waiting.
