Little Caesars Pizza - Oak Park

I frequent this location often and usually don’t have issues. Last time I ordered, the pizza was obviously old. Did something I never do and that is go back. The young man at the window was very apologetic, took my old pizza and bread and gave me fresh out the oven replacements. Greatly appreciated!

This place is a train wreck. Run from it and don’t you DARE try parking here if you have anywhere to be that night as you will be trapped in your spot due to the line at the drive through as cars wait 20 minutes per order. The parking lot isn’t big enough for a drive through or too many parking spaces yet it tries doing both. What a MESSWaited 20 minutes for my food and they tried giving me old and cold food when mine was finally “ready.” I had to check the guy to get him to admit it was old and cold. Bonus of the night was he apologized and replaced it as well as let me keep the old and cold food. At least he tried, but still.. Stay far away from this place

Worst service ever if I could give them zero Stars I would this place should not do online orders because they never have the food ready when it says it's going to be ready you have to wait an extra 20-30minutes to get it. Customer service is horrible. Their staff all need retraining is

The young lady who was in the drive thru at 5:23 p.m 3/8/24 was rude and disrespectful and needs to learn true customer service skills and how to talk to customers! As a former employee at this specific location, I must say it has tremendously gone down and the company needs to do better !!! Nothing is ever hot n ready and the wait is always 25 mins or longer. Someone needs to do something about it because it makes the company look bad as a whole !!
