Hungry Howie's Pizza - Oak Park

First, my sub-packages were missing, and that was my fault for not checking. I couldn't understand why my paprika was in a bag. When I saw my sandwich, it already had pepper on it. They had packaged the extra pepper they gave me in a bag! That was really nice.

The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because of the customer service. It’s important for staff to engage with customers, and I felt a bit overlooked. The cashier didn’t say a word to me; a simple greeting or “How can I help you?” would have made a big difference. Just because you’re wearing a mask doesn’t mean I can read your mind! If this place could improve its customer interaction, I believe it would really enhance the dining experience.
