My husband topped his fried black beans and rice, and since he cooks them at home all the time, he has high standards. I wish there were a few more vegan options on the menu, but I really enjoy the ones they offer!
I had the hibiscus taco and the nopales taco without cheese. The hibiscus taco was definitely the best. The rice and beans should also be vegan.
The hibiscus tacos are a must-try; they're incredibly flavorful!
