Contribuiți la feedbackOn 12/30/22 at 8:30 A.M I went to the Dunkin Donuts location at 6820 W Roosevelt In Oak Park IL and I placed an order for : 1 Medium Hot Coffee 1 Small Hot Coffee, and 6 5 Pc Hash Browns total amount $14.04 When I got home and tasted the Hash Browns I noticed that they were undercooked. I called and spoke with a young man who stated that he was the manager I told him about the Hash Browns. He apologized and took my name and he told me that he would put my name on the board and I can come in anytime and get a replacement order for the inconvenience. On 1/29/23 at 8:30 A.M I went back to Dunkin Donuts to claim my order only to be told by the Manager Rebecca that she would only give me one Hash Brown instead of the Six that was purchased. She clearly told me that she saw my name was on the board for the order and I had my receipt. I was then told that because I didn't come back in a reasonable time frame that she would not honor the receipt. Her attitude was nasty and she was talking to me from the back of the store instead of coming to the front of the store and talking with me in a professional manner. I thought that she was unprofessional in the way that she handled this situation. She allowed other employees to weigh in on the situation. At that point, I asked for my receipt back and I exited the store. I have been going to that Dunkin Donuts for over five (5) years and this was a big disappointment for me and I am sad to say that I will not go back to that location.
Do NOT go to this Dunkin’ location. Not sure why this has an overall 4 star review as it is very misleading considering the overwhelming amount of negative reviews. They never get my order right- I always have to wait upwards of fifteen minutes. I placed an online order last weekend thinking it would be way quicker and it ended up being just as horrible as the drive through. I was ignored, I was given an incomplete order and when I pointed it out, they told me to come back the next day, which I couldn’t believe. Why would I come back to a place that made me wait so long paired with the horrible costumer service??? I also contacted customer service only to be told they apologize, but I would still need to come in for a refund. (Also offered a free coffee, but still. So ridiculous. Don’t use the order ahead app. Don’t go to this location. Save your sanity, your time, and your money and go to Starbucks.
This location use to be real good, not sure what happened. But it’s real ghetto. The cashier argues with the customer- because he didn’t hear my order at the speaker- very confrontational. The manager took over, very dismissive-and slammed the window on me the order taker was staring giving dirty looks. I mean, I think they all need anger management because they all want to fight you for spending money there. Horrible service. Zero stars if I could.
The manager there is so rude. She looks like she does not wanna be bothered dies not know how to speak to people even when shes taking orders through the drive thru. So when you see those videos of people jumping over the counter dont always assume the customer is bad.
Food generally tastes like you'd expect. And we didn't have to wait too long. That's the positive. From my family's most recent visit: Talked to 3 different people while ordering and had to repeat parts of the order about 3 times (not because of the speakers but when they handed us off to someone else they had just not put in most of what we asked) Was never told the total and did not get a receipt. (Not the biggest deal) Coffee order was wrong (caramel drink did not have any caramel) when we asked where our hash browns were they told us at the bottom of the bag. And they were! So that was good. But they were very smashed and very mushy. So that wasn't so good. Glazed donut holes were ordered and only one of those provided was glazed (and we were not told they were out of glazed; more like they ignored our order and just gave an assortment) did not get our drinks at first and had to ask for them had to request straws for our drinks twice no napkins the Boston cream donut had less than a marble's worth of cream Oh and one of our donuts looked like the attached picture. We did not take a bite out of that donut. That's how it came out of the bag. No way I'm eating any of that now. Bottom line, we will only be back if/when we forget how bad this experience was.
