Crepas Culichi - Oak Park

Super cute place, food was basic, nothing special. I’d be back but just for the drinks. Definitely all the vibes ! Great service over all, friendly staff, and so fast! There didn’t seem to be a wait at all, and I went on a totally Sunday brunch time.

This place is an experience! The decor yells Treat Your Self and you definitely should. The French Colonial decor with Mexican flavors is a concept I have not seen before so indulge in curiosity and pinkness!FOOD DRINKThe drink menu is awesome. The creativity is fun and will delight all ages. My guest got a bathtub and rubber ducky for thier drink which was just plain funny and dare I say cute.I tried the Culechi Crepe which was a crepe with Chicken Tinga. A crepe is supposed to be a thin pancake with a little sponge like give when cut. Here the crepe is a little heartier but they need to be to stand up against the Chicken Tinga because it was delicious. Definitely something to try.I got the pizza and besides being in a heart shape, it was OK. The crust is not house made and a little bland. There was a Mexican Hotdog, Pepperoni and Bacon Pizza and let 's just say, don 't bother. Granted it was made incorrectly and when the (who I am assuming is the manager) was notified he correct it and brought out a Chorizo, Jalapeño Avocado pizza. It was way better than the hotdogs pizza but still eh.THE SERVICEThe servers were friendly and who I assumed was the manager didn 't hesitate to take care of me. Smiles all around just added to the experience.OVERALLThe place deserves another try and I will but I may not be rushing back unless it 's a special occasion. But the Chicken Tinga was sooooo good....

Cool spot. Feels like an old school eastern European spot that offers Latin fusion dishes. Cute outside seating. Great flavors. We mixed up the tinga and veggie crepe and it was even more tasty. Cool drinks!

We had a wonderful brunch with my sister and her kids. We all enjoyed both sweet and savory crepes. Our kids loved the bear shaped ice in the drinks. The food took a little longer than expected to be served seeing they really weren't that busy. Other than that, we, including the kids, had a great time catching up while feasting on their delicious breakfast staple.

When I tell you this place is as good as their food. Be mindful they serve alcohol at 11am. I'm from out of town so that was new to me so heads up. Everything is super cute and fancy and the food is 5 stars ?. I never had French toast so good and their coffee was amazing. Definitely recommend ??.
